Really fun and accommodating. Probably the best interview process I've had.
I first had an on-grounds interview, which was all behavioral questions. After that, they brought me for an interview at their office in Richmond. There, they first gave us all a tour of their office. Then, you were assigned to a room where you had three interviews: behavioral, case study, and job fit.
Each interview was around 30 minutes. You had a person come in and talk to you and interview you.
