Pros: Modern tech stack, competitive compensation
Cons: Experiences can vary wildly between teams and departments. Stack ranking means that no one wants to be on the bottom, which can lead to infighting and competition over relatively little work. Everyone wants to have their niche, and everyone wants to keep you out of their niche. After recent changes to the PIP and ranking system, no one feels secure here, and team collaboration has suffered as a result.
