Software Engineer (TDP Program) Interview Experience
Process
I went through Capital One’s TDP Power Day, which was the final interview stage. It included three rounds:
- Technical
- Technology case
- Behavioral
In the technical round, I solved a practical coding and OOP problem, explained my data structures, tested edge cases, and discussed complexity.
In the case round, I analyzed a business problem, discussed technical tradeoffs, and read and modified existing code.
In the behavioral round, I answered STAR questions about teamwork, conflict, ownership, learning quickly, and handling challenges.
