Cons: Overly bureaucratic.
Extremely slow.
Managers micromanage the hell out of you.
Most people put on this awkward veneer where they act like they have their stuff together.
Culture is uncollaborative; people give the least amount of information possible.
Culture is competitive among peers due to stack ranking.
There are no intrapersonal relationships; it's just work.
I knew things were bad, but it wasn't until I left and started my new job that I realized how terrible Capital One is to work at.
