Decent and straightforward, pleasant overall. Not that difficult, but also not easy. I appreciated the transparency and knowing what was next. It moved faster than I expected. I didn't get an offer, but that was because I was rusty.

Cons: Performance Review.
When you are interviewing, ask about performance reviews and how many people go on PIP on each team.
