Pros: The compensation is not quite the same as some of the bigger companies, but it's hard to beat the work-life balance of Capital One, especially if you find the right team.

Cons: 1. Personally, my manager was worse. A huge racist.
2. Had seen clear difference in treating people.

4. If you are a good-hearted person and do not want to spoil other teammates just for your benefit, do not even consider going there.
5. Constant urge to prove others are worst.
6. Manager's favoritism.
7. Management's failure to identify hardworking people.
