Process
I was hired on as a contractor, so the questions I was given were more behavioral, with some basic technical questions regarding Java. It wasn't as difficult, I would say, compared to the gauntlet process that I've heard other co-workers go through.

Pros: Work/life balance as a company overall is good, but depending on the team you get on, there can be a lot of stress. The amount of effort that needs to be put in for the pay is lower than at other companies.
Cons: Four months in, I was the person who had been on the team the longest because everyone else transferred or left.
