- Work schedule flexibility, including a hybrid work setting
- Modern technology stack
Cons: - Zero job security, constant layoffs.
- Stack ranking and PIPs will constantly keep you in anxiety.
- Managers are great at increasing your anxiety by constantly reminding you about the cutthroat stack ranking process every two weeks in one-on-one conversations.
- Workload can be very high, and you never know how much work is enough as "the bar is always rising."
- Poorly trained middle managers can make your life miserable through micromanagement and poorly managed workload.
