First, there is a code signal OA. If you achieve the benchmark score, they invite you to a "super day."

The super day consists of three phases:

• Technical
• Behavioral
• Case study

Technical and behavioral phases are pretty standard. Ask plenty of clarifying questions about the case study. It's not a "ding" if you don't know a term or specific definition. They are expecting you not to know most of the information.

The process was not too fast, as my super day was scheduled a month after my OA. They will get back to you with a decision within a week after the superday.

They asked common behavioral questions, such as "Tell me about a time when..." The technical portion was standard.
