Pros: Easy to be healthy. Massive pay. Stress. Good work-life balance. I haven't met a single person with a bad work-life balance.
Cons: Some people didn't have a great experience with the internship. That wasn't my experience, but it was all luck.
You get out of it what you put in. If you wanna cannibalize all the knowledge in existence and possibly burn some bridges in the process, you can do that. If you wanna not work on Fridays and are good at what you do, you can probably get away with that too.

- Awesome interpersonal relationships with teammates and many support groups for mental health, groups for any hobbies, and more.
- Awesome work-life balance.
Cons: It was difficult to get up to pace in the team initially, but once everything was set up, it was an incredible experience.
