Process
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
The Powerday has 3 rounds:
- technical
- behavioral
- a case study
Not specifically a LeetCode-type question for the technical, somewhere in between a LeetCode and system design, and it was pretty easy. Behavioral was pretty standard, with only 3 questions. The case study was also pretty easy if you knew basic coding and had basic business insights.

Pros: Easy to be healthy. Massive pay. Stress. Good work-life balance. I haven't met a single person with a bad work-life balance.
Cons: Some people didn't have a great experience with the internship. That wasn't my experience, but it was all luck.
You get out of it what you put in. If you wanna cannibalize all the knowledge in existence and possibly burn some bridges in the process, you can do that. If you wanna not work on Fridays and are good at what you do, you can probably get away with that too.
