After the HR screening, I received a coding test via the Codesignal platform. The test might have been all right for a fresh CS grad. However, for a person with 20 years of experience and skills in people management, there should be more niche ways to differentiate candidates. Simply posing CS second-year algorithms and data structures coding questions in the first round isn't ideal.

All questions can be solved with list iterations.
Don't care about neat coding or complexity; just concentrate on results and be fast.
As far as I observed, you need to solve at least two complete questions out of four.
