Pros: They paid well for new graduates.

Cons: Big company, and you are at the mercy of your manager, if they care.

Pros: Solid mentorship. Amazingly welcoming and encouraging team. Developed strong relationships with fellow interns. Lots of guidance and also autonomy on project. Collaboration (working in intern pods) to balance work and complement each other's skillsets. Impactful project that real customers use. Work-life balance (even being customer-facing, we rarely stayed after 5, and often left early. Also had lots of weekends). Freedom and flexibility to move around (e.g. being an engineer and going on a 'product trial'). CEO seems down to earth and pretty cool. Salary (it keeps going up!).

Cons: - Inconsistency: I got lucky with my team and project, but other interns got projects that were not so exciting on less enjoyable teams.

Pros: - Best work-life balance, so much time to still have a life. - Get to work with the latest tech stack and tools available (after proper security vettings). - Amazing offices.

Cons: - Constant changing priorities - Pivot between agendas quickly (good and bad)
