No phone screening. I just submitted my resume online and received an email a few weeks later. They also came to my career fair, and I believe I filled out a form, so that may have helped, but I'm not really sure.

Regardless, they fly you straight out without ever talking to you.

The interviews were 3 x 45 minutes:

• The case interview was unusual but involved debugging Java code and explaining its function.
• The technical interview was an easy LeetCode problem.
• The behavioral interview consisted of three STAR questions.

I had very little programming experience and felt it was very manageable.
