No, it was an initial phone screen. Just an email asking basic questions normally asked during the application process, such as, "Are you legally authorized to work in the US?"
Then, an interview date was booked, and flight and hotel arrangements were made. I was there for two days and got to explore Plano, TX, with a $50 maximum food stipend.
