Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.

Pros: - Modern tech stack.
- Good work-life balance most of the time.
Cons: - Constant reorgs making it difficult for anyone to specialize on a particular system. By the time you finally understand a system at a deeper level, you are already working at a different team on a different project.
- Promotions really depend on "influence" more than performance, which favors the louder ones.
