Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
Culture is team dependent.

Pros: Supportive work environment and interesting work tasks.
Cons: Lots of processes that felt a bit heavy-handed. This is partially a product of regulatory requirements, but there was also some 'over-engineering of solutions' going on.

Pros: Free medical care with a doctor onsite, extremely competitive benefits, and an extremely beneficial severance package.
Cons: Despite aiming to become a "tech" company, and despite their aim towards "disrupting" the banking industry for good, they laid off over 1,000 employees rather than redistribute towards new projects or directions.
