Joyful, But Some Departments Hinder
Senior Testing Specialist/Software Engineer • Current Employee
Plano, Texas, United States

Pros: Capital One is definitely one of those companies that is a joy to work for. I have been around for twelve years and cannot think of a better place to work.
Cons: Some departments make it difficult for a person to flourish and try to hold you back. This is very rare for most departments, but it does happen.
