I applied online and received an email about two months later regarding an in-person interview. I could choose between Richmond, VA, McLean, VA, and Plano, TX for my interview. The dates that worked for me put me in McLean.
When I arrived, we started with lunch alongside three current TDPs in their cafeteria, followed by a tour of the building. The McLean building was very nice, featuring a full gym, a cafeteria, and floor-to-ceiling windows; it was quite beautiful.
We were then assigned individual rooms for our interviews. Two men came in for my first interview, which was the case. I was most nervous for this one, but the interviewer guided me through it well, so I never felt stuck. I just spoke confidently, and it seemed to work out. There was very little math involved, but they did ask me to debug and explain a chunk of code.
After that, I had two more interviewers for my job fit interview. They were very nice and put me at ease. I was asked one OOP question and two programming questions, comparable to LeetCode easy/medium. I had read many Glassdoor reviews, and one of the questions asked was featured there, which was helpful.
Finally, I had my behavioral interview. The questions were quite generic; the advice is to be confident and stick to the STAR format they described.
Overall, everyone I met was very nice and smart, and I am excited to be there this summer.
