Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.

Cons: Depending on the intern team or manager, it's pretty unorganized.
It honestly just depends on your team.

Friendly, spacious work area with plenty of meeting rooms to break out in.
Beautiful campus.
Delicious (and cheap!) food.
Very sustainable.
Cons: Management doesn't know where to place interns.
Management doesn't know how to interact and support interns.
Management is unaware of how to set realistic expectations for interns.
Lack of actionable support from direct management.
