The interview process involved one round, which covered behavioral, case, and technical questions. It was pretty easy.
Recruiters seemed to be enjoying themselves, although my behavioral interviewer appeared a little disinterested.
I was surprised it was only one round; it felt a little weird.

Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.
Cons: High turnover.
Consistently, work could be more interesting.
Culture is team dependent.

I very rarely feel that I am subjected to crunch time.
Cons: High variance in terms of experience across different teams.

Pros: The tech group is pointed in the right direction. Hiring in the San Francisco offices has helped the entire tech group do better. Benefits and lifestyle are unmatched. Great live/work balance. Big long-term upsides, and a clear path for "Individual Contributors" (i.e., non-people managing programmers) all the way up to Vice President level.
Cons: Big company still working through multiple integrations with acquired banks and other companies.
Big company politics.
