Pros: Work-life balance is phenomenal. Good compensation and general benefits package. PTO policy is incredibly generous (along with other days off/learning days). Great senior leadership.

Pros: They really focus on bettering each employee and give a lot of flexibility in the process.
Also, the 7.5% 401K match is amazing.
Cons: As with any company, some things depend on what team you get. If you get a bad one, the policy is that you have to wait 9 months to transfer.
