Process
The interview process starts with a 30-minute recruiter call.
Then, all Software Engineering managers are required to take a 90-minute tech assessment, which includes three brain-teaser coding challenges.
The only feedback given is pass/fail.
If you pass, you get a meeting with the hiring manager, and so on.
Questions
Most of the recruiter's questions pertained to clarification about my resume (experience), salary range expectation, willingness to work on-site, and whether I'd take the tech assessment.
