TDP Software Engineer • Former Employee
Richmond, Virginia, United States
December 18, 2023
Pros: Good perks, benefits, and pay. Really nice work campuses.
Cons: Stack ranked, with layoffs based on your rank. This is an awful model because it discourages people of the same level from helping each other, since the only way to be rated highly is for everyone else to be worse than you.
