My interview process was pretty standard:
It mostly went as expected, though scheduling was hectic. I took the day off for the "power day" of interviews, but then two of them had to be rescheduled because people couldn't make it.
The interview with the hiring manager needed to be rescheduled three times. On two of those occasions, the manager ghosted without warning to me or the recruiter.
When I finally talked to the hiring manager, they were clearly VERY distracted the entire time.
The process ended with "an offer is incoming shortly!", and then I was ghosted. I heard from the recruiter two to three times after the final interview, but then they stopped replying.
It was totally wild for a company of this size and reputation to take someone through that many interviews and then just ghost them.
