First round: Code signal. Very easy, you only need to solve 3 out of 4.
Second round: 4-5 hours of interviews.

The interview is very subjective. I wished they changed the interview to a waterfall model, as it's a waste of a whole day for the candidate. They were okay hiring me for a lower role, but they can't sponsor for that role.

Pros: * Decent set of tooling provided by C1 for engineers.
* Under the right org and manager, good WLB and team culture.
Cons: Forced stack ranking and a bottom 8-13% PIP at each level causes people to focus on high-visibility/high-impact work, neglecting or forcing other "less popular" engineers to do the grunt work like updates, maintenance, or on-call rotations to avoid getting PIPed. There's also a strong cultural emphasis on protecting one's own product from outside influence, which causes silos and friction between teams/departments.
Leadership talks out of both sides of their mouths, either because they don't know or don't want you to know what's coming next.

- Good technology stack

Cons: - Indifferent senior leadership.
- Workplace becoming more and more toxic due to forced distributions.
- Performance ratings and promotions process is hit or miss. You need to play the political game. More importantly, your manager needs to be willing to play the political game and have your back.
- All associate reviews are a total joke. Bad reviews become the manager's fault rather than SLT's incompetence and mismanagement. So, middle managers get burned from both directions.
