About a month later, I was contacted about being flown out to either Plano, TX, or Richmond, VA, for the final round of interviews.

This consisted of three rounds of interviews, all of which they described to you beforehand. They even had you do a one-on-one phone call with a current TDP employee about the job and interviews.

Two days after the interview, I was contacted and given the offer.
