I applied at a career fair and was sent an email inviting me to interview at Capital One in either Richmond or McLean, VA.

The interview process was a day long. They flew me in the day before and I stayed in a hotel. The next morning, I went to their campus. We were shown around the campus, given lunch as a networking opportunity where I met with a few current employees, and finally came the interview.

I was given my own room, and the interviewers came to me, with a different interviewer for each type of interview. There were three types:

• Job fit (technical) interview
• Behavioral interview
• Case interview

The behavioral interview included basic behavioral questions. The case interview involved making suggestions and asking questions for a certain business situation, along with some algebra. The job fit interview was a standard technical interview.
