I applied through the Capital One careers website. It took over two months for the interview process. The process included a phone call with a recruiter, an online assessment, a phone call with the hiring manager, and an onsite interview.

The recruiter was horrible. She did not respond back after the onsite interview. It doesn't matter whether we are selected or not, but it is courteous to at least send an email to the candidate after the interview. I took one day off for their onsite interview and stayed there for four hours. After that, I haven't received any email or phone call from the recruiter about feedback.

Capital One is a big financial company; however, they don't even have minimum courtesy. The recruiters should improve a lot by replying promptly and also giving respect to the time we spent for their "power day" (it is a big joke :-)).
