Flexible work environment, great for working mothers
Every building on campus has a Mother's Room for women who need to pump breast milk. This is awesome.
They are also very flexible about work hours and working from home. This is great for working mothers. If a kid is sick and can't go to school, you can work from home.
The company is so huge that you can sometimes feel overlooked or neglected.
When I started working there, nobody knew who my manager was supposed to be. I felt like I had to figure everything out on my own.
