It is a good company, and it has started to change the structure to be more like an IT company rather than a bank. As a developer, we get a lot of opportunity to enhance our skill set.
Lot of management structural changes. You would not be doing the same thing you want to do for a long time.
Please be a bit more stable. I already got 3 different managers in 1 year.
