Great bunch of people who are motivated to achieve and very friendly.
Lots of paid-for social occasions (food and drinks provided), at least one per month since I have worked here.
Nice working environment (clean, tidy, good quality equipment, nicely decorated, plenty of natural light).
Breakout areas to get away from the desk. Games room (pool table, table football, table tennis), Music room (drum kit, many guitars, piano, Guitar Hero on Xbox), Gym.
Free tea, coffee (instant and freshly ground 200 degrees coffee) and milk provided, with taps dispensing boiling water so you don't have to wait for the kettle.
Excellent facilities to run/cycle to work (huge bike shed, changing rooms with many showers, lockers and a drying room for towels/wet kit).
Subsidised canteen with restaurant-quality food.
Only have to ask the management team once to remove blockers or perform tasks, and there are absolutely no worries that it will happen.
Half an hour per week meeting with the manager to discuss absolutely anything that is happening at work. These have never been put off or cancelled to make way for anything. It's very important to the management to keep the communication lines open and stamp on any issues as soon as they arise.
Excellent communication downwards from the top about what is happening in the business and what direction we are moving in strategically.
Trusted to manage own workload and time. No micromanagement.
Possibility of a company mobile phone if required.
Workload not always as technically challenging as I would like it to be.
Quite a lot of admin/process to follow (to be expected in a heavily regulated financial institution).
Keep doing what you're doing.

All interviews were smooth, and it was a great HR experience. There was lots of clarity from start to finish and good communication from everyone involved in the recruitment process. There's also a really good guide on how to prepare and what to pre
The interview process was extremely exhaustive and drawn out over nearly 2+ months, with 12 rounds in total. It included multiple stages that overlapped in scope and intent. Here's a breakdown: * Recruiter Call – Initial screening. * Engineering
