Pros

Some good people across the business (that haven’t been made redundant).

Cons

Although I get good ratings, it’s a terrible performance management model that treats people who are strong, dependable performers as poor employees. You need to constantly shout about how great you are and ensure you only get involved in shiny stuff, avoiding your core role to ensure you are safe. Otherwise, you risk a low rating. The people responsible for running the sessions are short-sighted, and I would not recommend this to any grad or any other new starter in tech.

Advice to Management

Celebrate the successes of those who ensure core business processes are getting completed, rather than fostering an atmosphere of dog-eat-dog.
