Fantastic Learning, Rto Disappointing
Being paid to learn in the Coda program has been a dream come true. The instructors are fantastic and always helpful. I can't recommend this program enough.
RTO was announced abruptly. I was ecstatic to WFH as much as possible, but now with 2-3 days a week in the office mandatory, I am less enthusiastic. Still not a bad job by any means.

Senior Software Engineer
It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
Lead Software Engineer
Initial recruiter call. There was an online assessment followed by a power day, which consists of 4 rounds: * Behavioral * LeetCode * System design * Code review Then team matching happens.
