Extremely great people - nice, understanding, smart.
Work/life balance - log on at 9, 1hr lunch break, log off at 5pm. Work hard just a couple of hours.
Pay - very good considering the workload. Not top-end tech company, but great for a beginner engineer.
Very slow pace, usually.
Climbing the ranks is not based tons on technical ability.

Associate Software Engineer
After passing the online assessment, there are two back-to-back interviews. The first one is one round of behavioral interview, three questions in total, followed by one round of technical interview, one coding question in total.
