Extremely great people, work/life balance, and pay, but slow and has red tape
Extremely great people - nice, understanding, smart.
Work/life balance - log on at 9, 1hr lunch break, log off at 5pm. Work hard just a couple of hours.
Pay - very good considering the workload. Not top-end tech company, but great for a beginner engineer.
Very slow pace, usually.
Climbing the ranks is not based tons on technical ability.

Initial screening was a CodeSignal OA. Next round was the final round. It consisted of a systems design question and a behavioral interview. Overall, the interview process was nice and simple.
