Very poor interview process in general. The recruiter failed to respond to my emails and a voicemail I left.
They eventually called me back and gave me less than two days' notice to come in for a final interview.
All interviews were "CV blind." Honestly, it just felt like they were too lazy to read them in advance.
All the questions were incredibly easy, and I didn't feel like they truly got down to what I had done or what I was looking for.
The technical questions at the assessment day and online could have been done by a child.
It seems like they were looking for interpersonal skills over any intelligence or programming skills.
Generally very disappointed.
