Pros

They are a technology company and have lots of opportunities in the IT field. Compensation is good.

Cons

They don't practice what they preach.

They will discriminate and will support favoritism based on their own values and beliefs.

They will retaliate with termination when you report those violations.

Advice to Management

Stop feigning concern during strategy meetings by shedding crocodile tears about caring for employees when, in reality, you only care about profits. It's clear that your focus is solely on maximizing earnings, and you're intent on squeezing every bit of effort from employees for each penny they're paid.
