Pros

The work they do here (if you find the right team with the right management) can be amazing, state-of-the-art tech.

Cons

Or it can be your biggest nightmare of maintaining legacy systems. There has been so much of a shift to a "well-rounded employee" that work and coding skills are being sacrificed for an endless stream of meetings and presentations, most of which are redundant.

There is forced attrition every performance cycle (six months). So, even if you are meeting expectations for your job level, if you are not well-known across your org and end up in the required bottom 15%, you will be terminated.
