Full remote position. Work is not too hard. Nice coworkers.
- too many meetings.
- Sometimes you feel people do things for a promotion and not because it is the best thing to do.
- Management is in too many meetings, which causes them to not have enough time to manage their team.
- Change the meeting culture (everyone feels they must go to every meeting).
- Managers are spread too thin.
