- Super easy to move around if your current role is not working out.
- Amenities in HQ buildings are fantastic.
- Can no longer WFH; even medical WFH exceptions are extremely hard to process and have to be renewed, I think, every six months.
- Badge tracking to mandate in-person attendance.
- Part-time associates compared against full-time associates for performance review (unfair).
Allow WFH for people who want to move closer to their family but want to continue working for the company.
