Pros

Not the highest in the industry, but a decent offer for a first-year joiner, contingent on staying for a year.

Cons

Verbally abused as a newcomer because of "cultural differences."

You are reminded constantly from day one that your job is at risk.

The disposable attitude towards developers leads to most people owning apps that they do not understand, and fear of being fired prevents people from doing proper development.

Knowledge transfer is minimal because bringing others to your level means your job is at risk.

Stack ranking is to the detriment of the product and development experience.

Teamwork is not promoted.

Low innovation room on a majority of teams.

Required to be available off-hours and over the weekend in addition to normal on-call rotations.

In-office hours are required, but still, you won't be working closely with your team.
