I worked for Capital One for almost 7 years, and it was, by far, the best company I've worked for to date. The culture is fantastic, the people were awesome, and the benefits were better than most in the industry. I really hated to leave.
Only one... Capital One exited the mortgage industry. 960 people lost their jobs.
It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
Initial recruiter call. There was an online assessment followed by a power day, which consists of 4 rounds: * Behavioral * LeetCode * System design * Code review Then team matching happens.
The interview process consists of three rounds: Technical, Behavioral, and Case. This feels like a pretty standard process. I don't want to give too much information as it might make things harder. Why is there a 30-word limit?
