The people appeared to be nice, and some of the buildings are cool on the inside.
They weren't actually nice. They'd stab you in the back as long as it made them look good. Their objectives were unclear. My boss was never around and barely even knew how to do her job. They hired people with very little experience who didn't really know what they were doing. Those same people they hired admitted that some important information wasn't taught to them, yet they still fired people for not knowing what they were doing. They treat the contractors very poorly, like they don't belong there and aren't allowed to be part of things. A lot of the people there were just awful at their jobs. A lot of the people who were awful at their jobs received promotions.
Treat your employees better. Actually, properly train the people you hire on.
It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
Initial recruiter call. There was an online assessment followed by a power day, which consists of 4 rounds: * Behavioral * LeetCode * System design * Code review Then team matching happens.
The interview process consists of three rounds: Technical, Behavioral, and Case. This feels like a pretty standard process. I don't want to give too much information as it might make things harder. Why is there a 30-word limit?
