The CEO is VERY tech-friendly and helps the business to understand the importance of technology initiatives.
Excellent pay - they believe in paying for talent.
Innovative - they have acquired several companies over the year to improve their product offerings.
At the head of the curve from a technology standpoint (99% in the cloud).
Offices are amazing with lots of employee benefits.
Lots of really smart people.
Strong, inclusive work environment.
The culture is very cutthroat.
High turnover (four leaders above me left in the first six months of my joining the company).
Performance evaluation creates a bad culture. This creates bad behavior (see integrity issues). Everyone is fighting to be in the top 10% for the double bonus. People do not collaborate and take credit for others' work.
Vacation time: They don't offer much your first year unless you are VP and above (sick time off is unlimited, within reason).
Revisit your performance evaluation philosophy.
Normal powerday interview. It was pretty easy. Normal OOP technical with a banking question. The case interview was a little harder. Behavioral was normal. Focus on OOP concepts. All interviewers were really nice and helpful.
Easy, one case, one behavioral, one technical interview. By far the easiest interview I ever had. Normal behavioral questions, and for the case, just think from a business standpoint. Prep LeetCode Easy for the technical.
Easy. Four rounds. 1. Behavioral. 2. Coding. 3. A “technical business” discussion. 4. A system design round based on resume and experience. Interviewers were nice and fair. The recruiter was very pushy and didn’t give me time to decide on the offer
