Super easy to move around within the company. Great work/life balance, starting pay, and it’s overall mentally relieving, especially in comparison to other banks I’ve worked at.
In the 5+ years I’ve worked there, I can’t think of a single complaint, especially now that it’s WFH.
Keep it up! The majority of you guys are doing great. Continue to lead by example. I'll be there next. 😂

Senior Software Engineer
It was a good experience. Starting from the HR recruiter call, then the star power day interview. After the interview, they said they would take me for another software engineer position, but later, I did not get any response from them.
Lead Software Engineer
Initial recruiter call. There was an online assessment followed by a power day, which consists of 4 rounds: * Behavioral * LeetCode * System design * Code review Then team matching happens.
