"Power Day" interview process. A complete waste of time. I interviewed multiple times, and it seemingly went well, but I got rejected. I won't apply here in the future. What more is there to say?

I had a telephone interview that lasted about 25 minutes. They asked some basic technical questions about JCL, VSAM, COBOL, and SQL. Then, they asked some "what if" questions and inquired about past experiences.

They scheduled an assessment with Powerday. Once cleared, they scheduled four rounds of discussion: * Coding Round with data structures and algorithms for initial discussion * Design round * One project manager discussion
