Worst financial company for technologists
Decent pay and flexible work-from-home options for some teams.
The company tries to be a technology company. They really do not care about technologists. It's very political. Even providing creative solutions that save the company a lot of money will not get you rewarded. Layoffs occur every 3 to 6 months. Constant team changes happen every 6 months. I would not recommend this place for technologists if you want to rise up in your career.
Please reward your creative technologists who save money for Capital One. The performance review process is horrible. Planning to move to the cloud for a bank is not a great idea.
