Good Technology, very advanced and forward-looking in tech, especially compared to other financial companies.
Sleazy Managers. No accountability for managers. My manager kept misleading me that my promotion had already been approved. Turns out, he didn't even table it, let alone get it approved.
Very high favoritism amongst managers, and zero accountability and transparency in the performance management conversations results in mediocrity and sycophancy being favored over real output.
Bring more transparency into the performance management system and make the managers more accountable for their actions.
