- Hires decent mid & senior engineers.
- Too many cooks in the kitchen while being pulled in every direction, leading to frustration.
- It takes too long to get things done.
- Too many meetings causing distraction.
- Losing top talent due to chaotic, fire-drill-like tasks, with teams like auditing chasing us down for information that's clearly all right there.
Get rid of the politics. True techies work at tech companies for a reason. Listen to engineers before you start losing the good ones.
